One of my family’s favorite things to do at the Saturday morning farmers market is to find everything we need for a fresh and delicious meal that we will prepare that evening. We enjoy bringing the phrase “farm to table” to life. Some weekends we have a pre-set theme or menu, whereas others we buy what catches our eye and figure out the menu when we return home. We enjoy both making dishes from scratch and buying some delicious pre-made selections from the vendors. Some weekends we stick with our tried and true favorites and others we buy something new and work it into our dinner menu.
