ROASTED ASPARAGUS

1 bunch asparagus (about 1 pound)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Pinch of salt
Pinch of freshly ground pepper

Total time: 25 minutes
Prep time: 5 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F
  2. Put asparagus on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss.
  4. Roast until tender and browning at the edges, about 20 minutes.
