The District 64 Elementary Learning Foundation (ELF) is an Illinois 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to support innovative, imaginative, educational programs in Park Ridge & Niles schools. Simply put, our mission, is to raise money and give it back to our schools in the form of grants.
